What is a Dream Girl?
The Pi Kappa Alpha Dream Girl is a young lady who lives by the same high ideals by which our brotherhood lives. She is usually someone who is close friends with the men of Pi Kappa Alpha, but most importantly represents what PIKE is about. The picture below shows the select few who the men of Pi Kappa Alpha Epsilon Chapter have determined represent PIKE.
Dream Girls:

Kerry Biechman
Kerry is from Alexandria, Virginia. Her major is Political Science and Management. She is a senior and is the President of the Zeta Tau Alpha Sorority. She is the former assistant pledge mom and house manager for her sorority. She became a dreamgirl during the Fall of 2007. Kerry is the pledge mom for Pi Kappa Alpha's Sigma pledge class. She plans on going to law school upon graduation.
"My favorite moments, besides all of the nights spent eating pokey sticks at the house, would have to be my initiations as Pledge Mom for the Sigma class & Dreamgirl. Spending time with the guys has made me realize they're the brothers I never had and I was so honored that they wanted me to be part of this also."
Traci Batla
Traci was born on July 18, 1988 and is from Clifton, Virginia. She is a member of Zeta Tau Alpha Sorority and became a dreamgirl in Spring 2009. She is currently a senior and is double majoring in International Studies and History. After graduation she plans to go to graduate school for international relations. Her interests include traveling, running, snowboarding, watching sports, and spending time with friends.
“From the first date party I attended, I knew Pi Kappa Alpha was the best fraternity on campus. Through all the times going out to eat, watching sporting events, going on road trips, staying up late, and just hanging around the house, I have grown to love the brothers of PIKE. I will never forget how honored I felt the night I became a dreamgirl. It is one of my best college memories and something I will always be proud of.”
Lara Borowski
Lara was born on July 30, 1988, and is from Potomac Falls, Virginia. She is a member of the Alpha Phi Sorority and became a dream girl in the fall of 2007. She is currently the Director of New Member Education for Alpha Phi. She enjoys hanging out with her friends and attending VT Football games. She is majoring in Communication and hopes to eventually work in public relations.
“My favorite Pike moment would have to be the 2006 Christmas date party. It was the first time I really got to know the brothers and I realized just how amazing the fraternity was. I had the time of my life that night and I will never forget it.”
Heather Brown
Heather is from Winchester, Virginia and her major is Biology. She is a member of Zeta Tau Alpha and became a dreamgirl in the Fall of 2007. Her interests include dancing, running, and cooking. Her activities include the Greek Judicial Board, peer advisor for student affairs, homework mentor at Gilbert Linkous Elementary, and in the Pre-Dent Club. When she graduates she wants to go to dental school and then own her own practice.
"My favorite moment would be the night I thought I was going to a Pike grab-a-date but when I opened my door I found several beautiful girls in black telling me I had been chosen to be a Pike dreamgirl! I was so shocked and excited that I would get to make even more great memories with such awesome guys!"
Brooke Daniel
Brooke is a junior from Leesburg, Virginia. She is a member of Alpha Phi Sorority and became a dream girl in the Fall of 2009. She is currently the Vice President of Recruitment for Alpha Phi. She enjoys snowboarding, running, the beach, and hanging out with friends. She is a Hospitality and Tourism Management Major, and after graduating plans to become a Corporate Event Planner.
"Throughout my college career these guys have become my best friends. My favorite PIKE moment would have to be the night of my dream girl initiation. It was completely unexpected, and I could not have felt more honored to become part of such an amazing fraternity."
Jill Guerin
She is from Springfield, Virginia. Her major is psychology. She is the philanthropy chair for her sorority, Delta Delta Delta, and became a dreamgirl in the fall of 2008. After graduation she plans to go to graduate school for psychology and eventually work with children.
"It's really hard for me to pick a favorite PIKE moment. I always have so much fun whenever I'm around them. The night I became a dreamgirl was a night I will never forget, I felt truly honored to be associated with such an amazing group of guys."
Bri Marie Hughes
Bri Marie Hughes is a junior from Richmond, Virginia. She is a member of Kappa Delta sorority and secretary of the Pre-Pharmacy club. Majoring in biology and minoring in chemistry, Bri hopes to attend Pharmacy school once she graduates. She became a Dreamgirl in Fall 2009 and enjoys America, going to the beach and eating at D2.
“Trying to pick my favorite PIKE moment is like trying to sum up my college career in a nutshell, simply not possible. From formals at Myrtle Beach to staying up until 9 am on the roof of the PIKE house, the memories are countless and I couldn’t imagine being associated with a better group of guys. I have never felt as honored as I did the night of my Dreamgirl initiation and I am so proud to be part of such a great organization.”
Camila Maina
She was born April 27, 1988 and is from Rockville, MD. She became a dreamgirl in the fall of 2008. She is the president of Alpha Phi sorority. She enjoys watching all Virginia Tech sports, dancing, and hanging out at the Pike house. She is majoring in Human Nutrition Food and Exercise and hoping to become a Physician's Assistant after going to graduate school.
"My favorite Pike memory was the night of my Dreamgirl initiation. I was in sweatpants at the Alpha Phi house and was so suprised when all the girls told me what was happening. Everyone made me feel so special that night and I will never forget it. I also love being able to wear letters around campus so everyone knows I am part of the best fraternity."
Amy Sarver
Amy is from Leesburg, Virginia and became a Dream Girl in Spring 2009. She is the President of Kappa Delta sorority and Rho Lambda panhellenic leadership honors society. Amy is a Senior and plays on the Virginia Tech women’s club basketball team. She is majoring in Human Nutrition, Foods and Exercise and hopes to one day become a Physician Assistant.
“Like most of the other Dream Girls, it is very hard to choose my favorite PIKE moment. From my first date party to a Co Rec Intramural basketball championship to Dream Girl initiation, PIKE has made my college experience what it is today. I am continually impressed by this organization and the quality of people involved in it.”
Maggie Schwab
Maggie was born on April 18, 1989 and is from Charlottesville, Virginia. She is Philanthropy Chair for Delta Delta Delta, and became a dreamgirl in the fall of 2009. Her major is psychology. After graduation she plans to go to graduate school for Occupational Therapy. She's interested in working with children, cheering on the New York Yankees, and hanging out with her best friends!
"It would be impossible to pick just one favorite PIKE moment. My last two birthdays have stood out as some of my favorite memories of Virginia Tech. The first was spent with all the PIKE boys at frat friday and the second was in Myrtle Beach at PIKE's formals. These guys are what made my college experience THE BEST!"
Kimmy Wilson
She was born May 2, 1989 and is from Laguna Niguel, California. She became a dreamgirl in the Spring of 2009. She was a sophomore when she became dreamgirl and member of the Sigma Kappa Sorority. Upon graduation she hopes to become an interior designer for an architectural company. Her interests include: Soccer, Basketball, Lacrosse, Snowboarding, VT football and Hanging Out with Friends
"It’s hard to pick a favorite memory with a group of such amazing men. From formals in Myrtle Beach to Frat-Fridays behind the Pike house, from dreamgirl initiation night to the times spent just "bro-ing" out at the Pike house, every moment has been an adventure and a blast! The men of Pike have become some of my best friends here at college and I’m so honored to be part of the best fraternity on campus."
